Real change doesn't stop after the parade.

For several years now, a strong network of companies and organizations has been growing around Antwerp Pride, working together to promote diversity and inclusion, day in and day out.

Antwerp Pride brings thousands of people together during the parade and the many events. But inclusion isn’t just a value you dust off for one week a year. It’s a daily practice, including in the workplace.

The AP D&I Network connects partners who want to invest in this area. We share knowledge and experience, bring people together, and help organizations transform their workplaces into places where everyone can be themselves—from policy to culture, from visibility to concrete actions.
