Antwerp Pride brings many people together during the parade and the various events in our city. In addition, a strong network focused on diversity and inclusion in the workplace has been growing for several years now.
The AP D&I Network brings together partners who believe that diversity and inclusion are not just abstract values. They are part of our daily practice, both in the workplace and beyond.
A safe place
Throughout the year, the network shares knowledge and exchanges experiences. It is a safe space where organizations support one another in their efforts to become more inclusive.
Specific initiatives
This collaboration gives rise to concrete initiatives that contribute to a safe, open, and respectful work environment. Here, commitment becomes tangible.

Partners from a wide range of sectors are united by a shared conviction: a work environment where everyone can be themselves, without fear.
Inclusion Day 2026
A special moment in the program is Inclusion Day. During this anniversary edition, professionals, partners, and changemakers will come together for inspiring conversations and new insights into what inclusion means today—and what still needs to be done.
The Antwerp Pride theme , “Fearless,” serves as a common thread throughout the day: an invitation to show courage, engage in conversation, and actively contribute to an inclusive workplace.
