Introduction
Antwerppride.com is the digital platform of Antwerp Pride vzw, with its registered office at Draakplaats 1, 2018 Antwerp. This digital platform is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “this Website” or “the Site”.
The term “AP Network” refers to Antwerp Pride vzw, its affiliated organizations, and its associated entities.
Antwerp Pride vzw is the entity within the AP network that manages this Website and is hereinafter referred to as “Antwerp Pride,” “AP,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” Although parts of these Terms of Sale may refer to other entities within the AP network, these Terms of Sale apply exclusively between you and us, and not between you and those other entities.
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the products we promote and sell on this Site, hereinafter referred to as “Products,” and the shipment of those Products to the countries to which we deliver. When you purchase something on this Site, we ask that you accept these Terms of Sale. By doing so, a contract is formed between you and us, which is subject to these Terms of Sale. It is therefore important that you read these Terms of Sale carefully before ordering Products on this Site, hereinafter referred to as an “Order.”
You are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an Order on this Site.

Product Descriptions and Prices
We do our best to ensure that the information about our Products is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that there will be no errors in the descriptions and/or prices of the Products, or that the Products will always be available when you wish to place an Order.
The colors you see on your screen may also depend on your computer system and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors accurately.
We reserve the right to change information about the Products displayed on our Site, including prices, descriptions, and availability. However, such changes will not affect Orders for which you have already received an email confirming receipt of the Order (see below).
Purchasing Procedure
Here we describe all the steps required to purchase something on our Site—in other words, to enter into a purchase agreement.
The agreement will be provided to you at the end of the process and will remain accessible to us in the future, but cannot be modified.
1. Placing an Order
To complete a purchase, you must first place an Order for Products. This Order must then be accepted by us.
To place an Order, you must be 18 years of age or older. You must select the desired Products on the Site, choose your preferred shipping method, and select any other optional services, if applicable, and then click the “Checkout” button. We do not accept Orders placed in any manner other than as described above.
2. Confirmation of receipt of the Order
When you place an Order through the Site, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your Order. This email contains the full details of your Order, such as the order number, information about the Products, prices, your shipping address, shipping costs, and other relevant information.
Please note: the email confirming receipt of your Order does NOT constitute acceptance of your Order.
3. Advance payment via ABM (optional)
We typically process payment for an Order after confirming shipment of the relevant Products (see step 4).
However, if you choose one of our alternative payment methods (APM) that requires payment in advance, we will process the payment upon confirmation of the Order (see step 2). Please refer to our payment terms for more details.
4. Shipping Confirmation
Once we have accepted your Order, you will receive an email confirming that all or some of the Products have been shipped.
Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, your Order has been definitively accepted by us, and the purchase agreement between you and us has been concluded for the Products shipped at that time.
This agreement consists of:
Your Order;
our confirmation of receipt;
the shipping confirmation email;
the Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at that time.
No other terms and conditions apply.
If Orders are not accepted
Although we do our best to accept all Orders, we may refuse an Order in certain cases, for example:
if you provide incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information regarding your identity, age, payment details, billing information, or shipping address;
if we determine that there was an error on our Site regarding the Products you ordered, such as an error in price or description;
if the ordered Products are out of stock or no longer available;
if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you intend to resell the Products.
If we are unable to accept your Order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the date of your Order.
If we are unable to accept your Order because the Products are unavailable or due to an error in the price or other information, we will refund any amount already charged.
If you have selected an ABM and we have already processed your payment, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

We offer a variety of delivery options, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and location. Specific terms and rates may apply to the various delivery options.

Standard shipping – €7.50

This option is only available during Antwerp Pride.
Benelux (France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg)

Europe (Austria, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom)

Track your shipment
You can track your shipment by clicking the “Track Your Order” link in the shipping confirmation email. This will redirect you to the courier’s website, which is not managed by us.

Return Policy
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied or change your mind. This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty and without providing a reason.
As long as the Products are in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe and in good condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized Products or to Products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
Defective products may be returned within the statutory warranty period. A product is considered defective if it was received damaged or if a manufacturing or material defect occurs within two years of purchase.
Liability
Our liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of agreement and applies only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
This limitation does not apply to liability under the law, intentional damage, or personal injury.
You are always required to take appropriate measures to minimize damage.
Personal Data
By placing an Order, you agree that we may process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your Order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Site
Use of this Site is also subject to our Terms of Use.
Disputes regarding consumer rights
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the country of delivery that apply to your Order.
The competent courts of that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings before the court of your habitual residence or domicile in accordance with the mandatory provisions of applicable law.
