What are we looking for? What skills do you need?
Someone with a strong affinity for LGBTQIA+ issues, who understands the diverse voices within the community and is familiar with common terminology.
Together with others, you’ll form a team that coordinates crew management at our festival grounds.
You’ll proactively recruit volunteers and organizations to support Antwerp Pride during the Love United and Closing Festival.
You’ll help plan the flow of the events and the crew needed to make it happen.
You’ll help schedule volunteers into shifts using our planning tool.
You will draft briefings and assist volunteers with their questions, both in the lead-up to and during the Pride festival.
You will welcome volunteers during our events and help them find their way to their assigned posts.
You will serve as a point of contact for our volunteers, including during our many activities throughout the year.
You will actively contribute ideas toward a diverse and rapidly growing volunteer policy.

Education: None (an associate’s degree in a relevant field is a plus)
Experience: Professional experience in related roles is a plus
Skills:
Dutch. English and/or French is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
